At Swag Lather, customer satisfaction is our top Priority.  Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on used or opened soap bars.  However, if there is an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Refunds or Replacements will be issued if:

*  You received the wrong item.

*  Your product arrived damaged.

*  Your package was lost in transit

        (Confirmed by tracking)

Please contact us with in 7days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the issue, if applicable.  Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund to your original payment method.

NON-Refundable Items:

​

*  Opened or used soap bars.

*  Items purchased on sale or during promotions

                    (unless damaged)

*  Shipping charges (unless we made an error)
